Afternoon sleep is very good for you it revitalizes you especially if you didn't sleep well the night before.Some expert say that night sleep is the best which it is and those same expert say that you can really compensate for night sleep,however studies show that any sleep is good cat naps,catching a snooze here or there all helps.PS.a friend

it depends on the frequency. if you get used to afternoon sleep, then you can almost bet that you will always need it. If you have a career change or anything, that can come back to get you, depending on the schedule and all

Yes, a short nap in the afternoon, also called SIESTA, is good to rejuvenate oneself and to increase your efficiency at work. I suppose, in Poland it is an accepted norm and highly encouraged.

if you feel your tired for daily activities its good to rest any time you need to. sleeping is the best rest we have because when you sleep you dont think of anything and all arround you stops.
