i got a score of 1330 (Quantitative - 790 , Verbal - 540)...
how is the score? and which universities should i apply for in the US?
i want to do an MS in Electronics/Computer Science...
plz advise me on which universities to apply from... i'm really confused and have no idea where to start.. ...

That is a spectacular quant score, and in engineering, that usually counts for more than the verbal, which is fairly average. I would look for schools with the best possible Computer Science programs, and ask them what they look for in scores. If they aren't picky about the verbal section, you may have a good shot at a really good school. According to U.S. News & World Report, the four best (which came up under Computer Science, Electronics, and Computer Engineering) are MIT, Stanford, University of California-Berkeley, and Carnegie-Mellon.

Try Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas. They are remodeling their School of Engineering complex. I'm not in the program, but it can't be a BAD thing that the department has the money to improve engineering workspace. Just a suggestion. I hope you are happy wherever you go. Keep KSU in mind, though.....
