Watch television, and eat fatty foods in front of it.
TV slows your metabolism, especially important while eating.
It also helps to eat something like cheesecake or a malt before bed, and using things like similac for snacks.
Good Luck

Sounds like you have a high metabolism. If that's the case not much is going to help. Are you the only one in your family that is "too" slim?? If others in your family atr thin rhen ir moght be a hereditary thing.
The only other thing I can say is be happy that you don't have a weight problem, losing weight is much harder than gaining.

Keep a food diary for a couple of weeks to learn more about your eating habits.
Rather than struggling to eat a few really big meals, plan three regular meals plus two or three snacks.
If you tend to eat erratically, write down a regular meal plan and keep to it.
Make meals a little larger or more calorific. For example, have an extra slice of toast at breakfast; drink grape juice rather than orange juice; make coffee with milk; serve an extra spoon of mash, rice or pasta; be more generous with healthier unsaturated oils, salad dressing and spreads; always have a dessert.
Have snacks to hand so you never go short. Good choices include nuts, seeds and raisins; pots of rice pudding, custard or yoghurt; cereal or cereal bars; flapjacks; milk, yoghurt drinks or smoothies; a scone or fruit bun; wheatmeal biscuits; cheese and crackers; fruit plus small chocolate bar.

talk to a nutritionist or just your GP
they will be able to give you healthy ways of gaining weight
at a guess though....... id say carbohydrates would help.
things like pasta. i know some sports people (like rugby players) eat pasta in order to 'beef' up so to speak.

Same problem here, right now I have started to drink the nutritional supplements, specifically boost plus. They have about 350 calories per small can and they don't taste too bad. Peanut butter waffles and french toast is another great method and it tastes good too. good luck, wish the same for me please.

Eat more. You are probably doing that already. You may have a hyperthroid which is both a blessing and a curse. Lift weights and get pumped up!
