Grab, in what way?

Could be harmless flirting if he grabs your shoulders.... but reaching for other areas could be frotteurism.

I think it's disgusting, and it has happened to me too. They only do it because they think the woman will be so embarrassed that she won't do anything about it - well girl, the time has come to change THAT perception!

Some years ago, my husband and I were in a pub in a rural part of Ireland. I went to the toilet and when I came out, I walked through a door, inadvertently banging into the elbow of an older man who was sitting right beside the door. I apologised, he said 'that's alright pet' and put his hand on my waist, then very quickly slid it down over my bottom, almost between my legs. Ugh. I took I step forward and turned back and just looked at him, he got a bit of a fright because he hadn't expected this. There were some other men with him who also looked surprised. I went over to my husband and told him what had happened, making sure that we were in that horrible man's line of vision as I did it. My husband just glared at yer man for a few minutes, then later on the same guy passed us, and the husband gave him the most evil of looks, the pervy old guy couldn't meet our eyes and, rather than pass us again, actually went outside of the pub to go back to his seat.

Their power is in embarrassing you and making you feel dirty - don't let them. You can always grab their hand off your bum and hold it up and shout something like 'whose hand is this?' I heard of one woman doing it on the London Underground, and the guy whose hand it was was so embarrassed he slinked off the train at the next stop.

Turn their own weapon on them. Don't be afraid to do it.

Depends on where they are. If theyre at a strip joing, well, that's business ;)

Ok, on a serious note, I think personal space should be respected. I'm thinking you mean like hugs, puting an arm around her waist and stuff, not kisses, right?

Well, I'm from Mexico, so it's pretty comon to greet a woman with a kiss (on the cheek). But even then, I thinkat the woman is the one who should approach the contact.

Now, if it's a friend of you who's doing that, maybe talk to him. Probably he think he's cool or something, but if no one tells him, he might be to stubborn to see why he's getting bad karma from women, and it's unconfortable, to say the least, to his targets. And, do it when you're alone! ;).

A GENTLEMAN will never inappropriately touch a woman or anyone else for matter. Its not right at all. Keeping your hands to yourself is one of the first lessons a person learns in life. Carefully choose the people you hang with.

I think that person should be told right away to back off. Its no persons right to force themselves on anyone else, its invasion of space and should be treated as such.

If it were me and someone was in my face and physically touching me I would attack in defence and report them to the law

a man should turn the tables on him and molest him in the same way, thus showing what it is like to be grabbed by someone you are not interested in.
