It would depend on your definition of "moon". Earth has a number of man made satellites already in orbit. If you are talking about something comparable in size to our current Moon, having a second one would not effect much with the exception to ocean tides and eclipses. The tides would be effected but to what extent would depend on the size of the moon. If we would have a second moon it would also increase the number of times per year that our sun is eclipsed by one of our moons.

The tides on Earth would be affected...the amplitude of the tides might be smaller or larger since the effects of the 'moons' could partially cancel out or add up. There could be more than two high tides a day and the tidal cycle would be less regular that it is now.

There would also be a lot more solar eclipses (and lunar eclipses as well).

The multiple moons might also affect our planet's rotation and axis, affecting the length of our day and seasons.

The seas would have waves of great heights due to excess gravitational pull of the moons.

There would be devastating Tsunami-like effects due to gravity of more than one moon , but the intensity of those effects would depend on the mass of the moons.

Probably not very much. Tides would run a bit differently, and we'd often have more light at night, but there wouldn't be any major changes.
