Document, document, document.....
Write down everything she does along with details, time, date, witnesses, etc. Take photos or video if possible. Log and save phone calls, texts, emails, etc. Maintain your composure and do absolutely nothing that can be used against you. Hire a good attorney. If she is really causing problems and you have all your documentation, she will eventually not be able to talk her way out of it.

Don't know what kind of 'legal problem' you're having, but if you're divorced, don't worry about what the ex does.
Have your attorney keep all of the verdicts and the name of the judges that are letting ex get away with the stuff, and hope the next time, you get a judge the ex's father can't influence.
Or have the trial moved to a different county because you can't get a fair one in that county.
Sorry, that's all I can suggest.
Good luck.

Then what you do is CONTACT every single lawyer in the entire city and tell them about your problem... then she cant have any of them because they already know your side of the story. Or at least contact all the VERY good ones. I've heard of this being done and it keeps that person from getting the best lawyers because this makes them bias. Good luck
