The media to which his tapes are delivered is somewhat sympathetic to his cause; it also obliges him, by not disclosing the source of the tapes etc.
Osama BL also has the security of clandestine patronage given to him by his host country, Pakistan whose dictator Pervez is milking US , in the name of war against terror.
If FBI can lay its hands on Osama, it will only be by accident, not design. Pakistan will ensure that.

Osama is a phantom like, Batman, Superman, Spider man, a virtual guy created by the CIA, the tapes are processed in the CIA studios, this phantom was created to mask the aggressive Yankee policies against other nations.

Do you think the FBI really want to nab him? All the American arms factories will be closed!!!. Their economy will nose dive. Don't forget that American foreign policy is of duel nature. They can declare a war on terrorism and invade Afghanistan, Iraq etc. While they want us to sort out our terrorist attack problems through negotiations. They don't want to see the terrorist training camps in pok.
