I don't think you can with just a number. If you only know the persons number then why would you want to know where they live. Just sounds a bit dodgy to me.

You pick up the telephone ... press the numbers in the same order as they are in the number you have ... wait for the person at the other end to answer ... then ask them the address!

If you cant ring the number and ask for the address then this isnt right.

try phoning the number and asking them for the address.

Type a search for "reverse directory" and you can track a phone number to its address.
