Only if the hymen is still intact. If it isn't, that does not mean you aren't a virgin. The hymen can break during strenuous excercise, using tampons, riding a horse or bike...
It will not matter anyhow. Why should it?
Also, it is possible in some very rare cases for the hymen to still be intact after intercourse, if it is stronger than most.
They will not be able to tell from tests, all the tests do is see if you are free from infection.

when the baby is born, the hymen will be cut, so you will not be anymore a virgin! people and doctors say that when you have sex you are not a virgin andymore because it is at that time that the hymen is cut. but with birth it is cut too. so even though the doctors sasy you are still a virgin because you were not sexually active whent he baby is born you will not be anymore! you have no proof at that time that you did nto do sex! why don't you adopt a baby if this thing is bothering you. believe there is not test to say if you were a virgin before giving birth. they can check you now and say yes but after birth you won't have proof. you can only say you did not do sex.

surrogate mother = a woman who becomes pregnant usually by artificial insemination or surgical implantation of a fertilized egg for the purpose of carrying the fetus to term for another woman...
yes because if the baby is out it will definitely pass through the vagina so wont be virgin by the time the baby is out ;

If you deliver a baby vaginally, all potential evidence of your chastity will be gone (it's difficult to imagine your intact hymen surviving childbirth). All you'll have left is your word, but that should be enough for anyone who cares and truly cares for you.
