Which cities/locations have the greatest populations of Gothic Culture?

NY, LA, New Orleans, and San Francisco all have great scenes, but they pale in comparison to London and the other European cities.

At one point New Haven, Connecticut but it's sort of dying out and in Massachusetts it's going relatively well.

Scandinavia, Dutch land, Finland, (Europe, most in general) I don´t really know, I´m not in Goth Culture, it sucks, I prefer Black Metal...
