I know some might think this sounds bad, but I kind of hope so. I think it's absolutely ridiculous to be paid several million dollars on any project that takes 3-4 months of easy "labor". Yes, some are talented and should get paid for their talent, but it's gotten very insane.

In a way, they have already begun to reduce their pay. Paramount let Mr. Cruise go & Jim Carrey and Ben Stiller have had projects pulled because of rising costs. Studios are less and less willing to risk tons of money on "star vehicles" or vanity projects. I think you will see more movies getting made in the 60 - 75 million dollar range.

Short Answer, Yes.

They'll make fewer movies so in effect, they will make less money.

I used to be an avid cinephile - I can't be bothered to pay 15 dollars to see any more drecht that Hollywood has been churning out. They better start paying actors less and pay more attention to crafting a good movie.

i'm getting themes on the cinemas. three-D video clips supply me comprehensive on migraines. there is basically no get away from those massive reflects proper in my face, jerking from image to image and worst nevertheless shaky filming makes me favor to vomit. i have discovered sitting as some distance back contained in the target audience as attainable helps. And taking a liquid advil before the action picture starts helps. If that's a three-D action picture, I take more desirable means before the action picture starts and a 2d one halfway by the action picture. My determination is to easily no longer to bypass to the cinema. humorous, i'll handle a lengthy nighttime in a club or at a live performance with song so loud my pores and skin vibrates to the beat. i do not get action affliction. yet cinemas are painful.
