I would go down to your local Starbucks and meet with the manager to get a more detailed answer and examples, but as far as ethics and social responsibility, they have like a 5 or 6 point value statement that includes talking about participating in the community and respecting others.
Also, the company uses a shared computer in the back room of every store on which an employee can train and access a special Starbucks employee website that keeps them up to date on all the new trends and sales performance ratings.
