I'll take a shot: You should be happy with yourself; not just what you look like but the type of person that you are. Everyone is unique, so there is no one else on the planet like you, and you should be proud of that. People who have a healthy self-respect see their own faults but don't count themselves as failures because of them. If they make changes in their lives, they do so not for the approval of others but for their own approval. You shouldn't look to others to build up your self-worth because there will always be someone out there who will try to tear you down. You don't have to think of yourself as the greatest human being to ever walk the planet or God's gift to men/women/whatever, but you should value yourself for no other reason than the fact that you are here and you are unique.

I interpret this as meaning that you should appreciate the good qualities that you have. Maybe you're a loyal friend, a caring person, maybe you work hard & concentrate well, maybe you have a talent like singing, sports, etc. All these qualities & talents make you the person you are. 'Who you are' means the sort of person you are. We need to appreciate ourselves (or love ourselves) before we can love other people. We need to be positive about ourselves. Also don't be judgmental. Hope this helps.

Usually it means who you are on the inside. Who God made you. Not the person you pretend to be when you're out & about with friends, relatives, acquaintances, etc.
Some people are uncomfortable "being themselves" so they put on a fake persona in order to be accepted or liked. This is NOT loving yourself for who you are.

I means you need to be happy with the person you are. Don't try to change yourself(hair, looks, style, personality)for anyone, be happy with whatever characteristics make up "YOU".

It means to accept yourself and value yourself without making any judgments. You are unique and worthy. Realize that, and welcome that you are a unique person.
