What is a state law that could prevent poverty and crime?

there is no law for this careless selfesh attitude we alone carry the burden of looking the other way, while we spend good money for that specail cup of coffee we crave,we waste food to the point where it is a sin, as children ,people of all ages are going hungry , right here in our own country, we do try, but as we are, we hear all the time of the welfare queens, the frauds, people getting help then trading it off for drugs or cigerettes, so we get hard as a nation, we will answere for this someday,can I honestly stand before the FATHER and say, I truly tried

To be cruel, executions of any person that commits any type of crime (Even adultery). Really the only thing that can be done to remove/reduce crime is that greed needs to be removed from the human DNA. The majority of crimes are cause by some one wanting something and not having the patient to work for it. Poverty in the capitalist society will always exist at the extreme due to the structure that has to support the very rich. Think of it as a pyramid, one super rich person needs tons of people at different levels of wealth to support him. Less money is at the bottom, and more of the people are required. It is economics at its best. We may not like it but that is life in any economic model. The Native American Indians had the most equality of any society that walked the earth and the United Sates was almost successful in mass genocide if Frence and England did not help them out.

I don't know of any but if we (the people) could write laws governing our states this is what I'd like to see pass:

Any man or woman over the age of 18 to 63 who is not enrolled in school/college must be employed in some form of employment. Employee must work 35+ hours per week. Minimum wages set for standard jobs. Free Child Care must be provided by the employers to all employees (child care provided will be on the premises or convenient to the employee). Anyone not employed must prove to state regulated personnel proof of disability, disability will be paid by the employer of said employee. No state assistance will be given to any family that does not comply with this law. Any person(s) breaking said law will be incarcerated immediately and released when a job opening is provided.

This would be a better world if there was a way to legislate morality, but unfortunately this cannot be so. As human beings we should be receptive to financial depravity of some people & also the reason why someone would willingly commit a crime. The best way is to lend a helping hand when you can & obey the laws of this land. In this form of moral responsibility you are doing your part in making this a better place to live.
