Yes, I personally do not ovulate regularly but still have periods. It took forever to get pregnant because of this...........

Yes or not ovulate regularly, my friend only ovulates every 2-3 months but she has a period each month.

Yes you can, and I was the total opposite at one time, I was ovulating and not having a period.

Yes you can...I had taken the depo shot...when I wanted to conceive...I found out after 18 months of trying that I wasn't ovulating...I had my period like clockwork every 28 days though. I had to take clomid to ovulate again

yes you can. if you want to get pregnant, then you could try seeing a fertility doctor. there are medications to help you ovulate regularly.
