I don't have really bad outbreaks. In fact, I'd say they are rather mild in comparison to my teen years.

Yep, everyones hormones are different. I would chill out on so many products. Go to a dermatologist to see if you have a skin condition like eczema or something. Breakouts are caused by so many things it is impossible for someone to accurately answer your question. I break out if my skin is too dry...most people are the opposite..crazy hu?

Pimples (zits) don't stop at 20, they keep on going. Teens have more because of all the hormonal changes their bodies are going through. You will get less of them eventually, if your cleansing routine isn't working try something new. If you think it is really that bad, see a dermatologist.

23 is on no account too youthful as long as you're contained in the placement to strengthen a new child. this suggests do you have the money, time and desire to have a toddler? of course while you're pregnant already it relatively is too late to ask those questions yet now in case you think of you at the instant are not waiting then you definately've 9 months to get waiting i think! i'm 23 and not in any respect waiting to have a toddler. whether my sister have been given married at 19 and had 3 childrens via the time she substitute into 25 and alter into completely waiting. the two way CONGRATULATIONS!!!

People get zits at all ages. It is mostly due to hormones and bad luck. See a dermatologist if it bothers you.

Yes, it is normal! Many people develop adult acne, but there are also many other factors. Your diet (and overall health) and stress really effect your skin. Drinking lots of water also helps clear up your skin. If you're really concerned about your skin, go to your general practitioner and get a referral to a dermatologist.

I get one every now and then...but I am a girl and I get them for a different reason than you. I am 30 right. All I do is try to conceal it, and use spot remover from Origins... is the best and it works.

Avoid using many creams togather and leave it as it as for few days then start again fresh with a new cream and use it. I know your skin is not use to many type of cream thats why its like this so dont amke it confusing.
