I would definitely say the earliest sign of pregnancy is sore boobs and nipples and tired first response is a good pregnancy test to try it can tell if you're pregnant before you actually have missed a period

Being tired all the time. We just know sometimes though. I had no symptoms, but I just knew. I don't know how, but I did I I knew at 2 weeks.
