What changes are occurring in the workplace and how is the company responding to changes? In addition to the workplace trends. How do you identify at least one economic, one technological, one environmental and one political trend that is likely to influence the company over the next five to ten years.

Umm...I dont work there so I dunno...but the coffee/cappucino/lattes are awesome....the people are always nice....it's always clean.....but the price is too much sometimes...
