For Yahoo:
1. Go to http://new.photos.yahoo.com
2. sign in with your yahoo user id. if already signed in, just do what is says on the screen.
to add a photo for your Yahoo Answers profile:
1. click on My Q&A
2. then ckick on Edit My Info
3. there will be a link under option: Use my Yahoo! 360 Picture, click on it.
4. It will ask you to activate your Yahoo! 360 account
5. In your Yahoo! 360 account, go to My Page. On the left hand side you will see Edit Personal Photos, click on it.
6. Upload your pics (in ".jpeg" or ".jpg" or ".jpe" format. Each image must be smaller than 5MB.)

search engines like google and yahoo, have this thing called "robot", what that thing does, is search the internet every week to see what new websites or pictures have been added. in order to see your pics at google or yahoo, they must be in a website. so after one week, search for that pictures by the name that it has on the website, it'll come up.
