There may already be such an organization. Your best bet would be to get in touch with the Gates Foundation (http://www.gatesfoundation.org/GlobalHealth/). One of their main areas of interest is AIDS in Africa and other developing nations. They would know as much about NGOs for African women living with AIDS as anyone I can think of. They have excellent people on their staff. Good luck.
