can anybody give me a more precise answer on what to do? i have slow jerky playback that sticks?

i can hardly watch.....im on a limited budget i dont get alot im on benefits ,welfare, can anyone give me any advice solutions to fix or make this better?? or is there something i can save up for? i have a custom built computer..does this happen to anyone else? please anyone help

There is a free (the smiling price) program you can download called Advanced Windows Care, it has definitely tuned up my computer making it blazing fast, even the video. It basically is very easy to use, and will clear out clutter, and tune up your computer. Maybe it will work for you, it's free, if it doesn't work, you're back to square one. Best of luck, cheers.
