Water used for building construction should have some specific qualities so that materials used did not corrode. is there any method to treat hard water and can be used for building construction.

Hard water contains minerals, but usually calcium and magnesium. Neither of these will effect the quality of the cement. The amount of water, rather than its hardness will have an effect on the quality of the final product.

Since hard water contains the exact same materials
that concrete is composed of, I don't think it is going to make a difference.

Hard water usually contains high levels of lime and calcium

both of which concrete are made of.

Go through the chemical supplied by many componies to sofen the water as NALCO,ION EXCHANGE, Thermax . etc

they will solve the proble , chemicals provided are very powerful as per my experience.
