Here's how all the miracles occured in the bible: Hallucenations. Food wasn't well preserved back then and it could easily become moldy. There are hallucinagenic molds. Also most stories occured in the desert. Cactus have "milk." Sometimes there's peyote on the cactus? Coincidence? I think not.

Also, in a couple of hundred years that stories of what really occured were extensively exaggerated. The bible wasn't written down for at lease a hundred years after they died. You know what happens to your dad's fishing stories after a couple of days, imagine what it would be after a couple of hundred years.

It's why they call it faith
They eat that peyote cactus on purpose in the voo doo religion
If they had Kool-Aid back then they may have drank that too

Peyeote doesn't grow on cactus. It is a small cactus itself. And no one would look in it for milk.

Interesting thought, but I've never heard of multiple people having the same hallucination at the same time.
