Green beans, Peanut butter, (things with Iron) You will need a lot of iron throughout your pregnancy, (You will actually crave things with iron).
Listen to your body. Your body craves things it is in need of.
Fruits, veggies, things like that are healthy also.
I just ate everything I craved and I did fine. Just make sure you take your prenatal vitamins.

Lots of fresh sruits and veggies are a good start, and if you like meat, go mainly for poultry and other white meats. Stay away from red meat as much as you can. Also, some fish is ok, but be careful and make sure it is cooked all the way. No more sashimi (or sushi, whichever you call the raw fish). They have a LOT of proteins in them which you will need as well. Don't forget the dairy too. Milk, cheese, yogurt, etc...
Basically, make sure you eat healthy. Once in a while, a snack is ok, like a little ice cream or something. But sparingly.

It is best to stick to non-processed foods. Frozen meals have way too much sodium. It is also recommended to not eat deli meats unless they are re-heated, soft cheeses, such as Brie, Feta, blue-veined cheeses, and Chamberet (SP), unpasturized dairy, and juices. Also canned smoked fish is safe, but refrigrated smoked fish is not. These foods can cause Listeria, which, while there is little or no symptoms for mom, it can be fatal to the baby

Oreos and Milk.
Haha--I love pasta, so I had a lot during pregnancy, as I do now. I liked cheese and crackers, and while I was never a fan of milk before I was pregnant...I liked it during my pregnancy!

Healthy whole foods should be eaten whether you are pregnant or not. Whole grains, lots of fruit and veggies etc. Everyone should stay away from anything refined.
