Present Signs of the Day of Judgement (Domesday) getting closer.

1. Naked, destitute, barefoot shepherds will compete in building tall buildings.

2. The slave-woman will give birth to her master or mistress.

3. A trial (fitnah) which will enter every Arab household.

4. Knowledge will be taken away (by the death of people of knowledge), and ignorance will prevail.

5. Wine (intoxicants, alcohol) will be drunk in great quantities.

6. Illegal sexual intercourse will become widespread.

7. Earthquakes will increase.

8. Time will pass more quickly.

9. Tribulations (fitan) will prevail.

10. Bloodshed will increase.

11. A man will pass by the grave of another and wish he was in the latter’s place.

12. Trustworthiness will be lost, i.e. when authority is given to those who do not deserve it.

13. People will gather for prayer, but will be unable to find an imam to lead them.

I am so sick of people saying 'in my day everything was better, but the world is going to hell'. Let me wake you from your dreams.

(1) This refers to people building sandy castles on the beach, in competitions? Though castles like that don't last forever, it's hardly worth it to visit such an event and spell doom.
(2) Who is the slave woman? Or do you mean 'enslaved woman' referring to the entire gender? Whatever it is, you migth not have noticed feminism changed the world and is still going strong.
(3) A trial in every Arab household. Whatever could you mean.
(4) Ignorance will prevail? It's abundant, I'll give you that, but the stronger it gets, the fiercer its opposition becomes. It's a yingyang movement. You may notice after every 4 to 8 year period of backward politics, a progressive reign follows for a similar amount of time. This happens in democracies everywhere. Though but an example, it does say nothing ever endures long enough to prevail.
(5) Wine has always been drunk in great quantities, but these days France has a very tough time selling it. Surely the signs are pointing the opposite way then. Alcohol consumption is down all over Europe - and in the Middle East perhaps a liberal movement has its effect, but again it's hardly worthy a mention.
(6) Illegal? More and more of it becoming legalised. But of course, your god needs to legalise it too, so nothing we do matters and god will never change his all powerful mind eh. People at least learn from their mistakes, gods never do.
(7) Look up the Krakatau, Santorini and Vesuvius eruptions, and the earthquakes in Portugal, San Francisco et cetera to get a picture of the amount of earth-movement over the past centuries. You will not notice a difference.
(8) Time is passing you by, yes.
(9) With less and less tribes in the world, I think it won't. You might mean wars between mighty powers, which might come true with help from Bush and Bin Laden perhaps - but that's like saying a mosquito is an eagle.
(10) Learn your history. The twentieth century was the bloodiest since the Middle Ages, but whatever is happening now seems rather light in comparison. Bloodshed unfortunately is a constant, in human civilisation - you will notice peaks but that's all.
(11) If you keep on trying to scare people like this, it will come back to haunt you - and people like myself might inspire you to think like this.
(12) Yawn. I'm getting tired of this.
(13) Oh well, they might find solice in themselves for a change, and lead themselves. How god-awful that would be.

Whatever happens, you shouldn't predict it. If I could tell you with certainty the day you will die, it would hang over you like the sword of Damocles and it will be a self-fulfilling prophecy. I've said this before, but life is too short to waste thoughts on worries.

Yes,you are absolutely right.Wars are breaking out everywhere.Famine,pestilence,and diseases are running rampant all through the world.Natural disasters are becoming more numerous and devastating.False prophets are at an all-time high.All these things were predicted in the Bible to happen just before the second coming of Jesus,and then the great Tribulation was to happen.On May 11,2005,the U.S. Congress passed and Bush signed the Real ID ACT that mandates that all U.S. citizens will receive a National ID Card by May of 2008.Every man,woman and child will be required to receive a mark in their right hand or in their forehead,an ID number,the mark of the beast.(Revelations13:16,17)
The Second Coming of Jesus Christ,the great Tribulation,and the end of the world is closer than we think.(Matthew 24:3,21,29-31;Romans 13:11)
What more proof do people need to believe that there is a God.All of these things were prophesied to happen in the Bible over 2000 years ago,and they are now coming to pass.

Where did you find this list- and why is it these small actions of man that will cause the end of the world?

I personally don't feel like the world is going to end- sometimes I wish it would, but I think we all get that feeling from time to time. I don't see the world ending just because people are promiscuous or that we are drinking alcohol (considering how alcohol used to be drunk, nowadays is nothing compared to the past). The end of the world would most likely be from a comet hitting us, or mankind would be wiped out from a nuclear explosion say, but I don't think it's likely.
