my problem is i want to publish my web site and i want the address to look like : www.name.com
without paying money . please help me this is important

first buy a hosting
then buy a regionspace
after that use an ftp program and upload your web site to the hosting
thats all
Note:u can find free hostings but they are full of adverts :)) so think of buying a hosting

I don't know how you can do it for free, but yahoo is cheap, about $10 a month.
Or you can put it on a free site and just have the www.name.com transfer people to your free site, that is 10 a year.

Its also hard to find the regular domain(name) cos lots of people had used them. You can check the domain name if they available before signup.
