There may be minimums required by law depending on where you live, but in general a judge has discretion to do whatever he wants. There was a case in Vermont where a judge sentenced a child molestor to 60 days. Kiss up, but don't make it look like you are is your best bet. However if you keep assaulting people maybe you need to go away for a while.

That depends. In California they could charge you on four separate counts of felonious assault, that would be four strikes which means a life sentence. You would have mention what state you're in to get a good answer.

Depends upon a number of things:
1) Was it one incident with four victims, or four separate incidents?
2) What were the aggravating and mitigating circumstances?
3) How good a job can the defense attorney do to convince the judge to be lenient?

If convicted could be a long time, maybe 5yrs each count.....depends on the state.
Also depends on who was assaulted(children, elderly, police
people)the sentence is higher.
Also higher if a weapon was used.

Well, IF the run the sentences concurrently, about 4 to 8 years. If they run them consecutively, multiply that times four. Bye-bye.
