Since nobody knows what this means, I'll explain... First you need to know that a troglodyte is, simply put, a caveman. And altocalciphilia is a sexual fetish or attraction of high heels.
So, is anyone out there a caveman who is sexually attracted to high heels?

I'm not sure but I believe a troglodyte to be a primitive human species.
"Alto" means stop, "calc" could be maths of some sort, but as for the rest of the word - forget it.
If no-one answers this correctly could you please (if you actually know or didn't make the word up) post the answer on P & S so it doesn't drive some of us nuts?
