why can't homophobes quit stereotyping and calling names like a bunch of ignorant children?

Well, I live in Toronto where we celebrate the largest Gay Pride in North America.
I think that it is a great event as NO ONE has been shot, stabbed etc in an event which attracts over a million people.
A little drama is preferable, don't you think?

Because so many people oppress them and try to deny them their rights. What would YOU do if people were denying YOUR rights? Just play along with them?
However, I do agree with you in one respect. Homosexuals should go about getting their rights decently and maturely; all this going around wearing transgender clothing, while not outright bad, does look a little stupid.
