"What is the olde English profession from "one who makes and repairs shoes"? (hint,sounds like a desert)?"

Cobbler

"What is the name of this symbol "@"?"

It is called "The At Sign" -- see the link below for more information on this. In China, it is called "the little mouse" -- in Greece, "the little duck" and in Hungary "the maggot."

"How do you print the UK symbol "POUND" as in monetary pound, on an AMERICAN keyboard?."

The only time I need to do this is in Word. I can change the font so it shows up. In HTML the code is

£ ---> & # 1 6 3 ; without spaces

Outside of Word or HTML -- Don't know & don't care.

"What is the name of this symbol ^ (It's French)?"

Circumflex (sometimes called a caret)

"What is the name of this symbol "@"?"

It is still the "At Sign."

"Lastly,How can you put the squigly line over spanish 'N's" to give them the "ya" sound, on an American keyboard?"

That squigly line is called a tilda. See my answer on the pound to see if I care. See the link below to get the HTML code
