The one that is an impulse buy without doing the necessary research into its care first. The animal is the one that suffers.

any animal who is not suited to being a domestic animal... I mean really this is a vague question because it depends on what you value as good or bad traits to determine the WORST.. I suppose any pet that could kill you or eat you wouldnt be good.. but for the sake of the animal itself.. pretty much none.. most would be happier in the wild.. and most owners do not provide enough mental stimulation to keep any pet truely happy

the worst OWNER is the one who keeps exotic pets for vanity reasons

Anything that will try to eat you or try to do even worse things to you. Or any animal that you can't control. If you can control the pet then it doesn't matter what it is! My ex girlfriends mum is barely 5 foot tall and about 7 stone and she owns a rottweiller who weighs nearly 9 stone and is very big! But despite the size, she can control him very well and so it doesn't cause a problem. She gets a few judgemental looks but thats all!

An elephant. They block your view of the tv when they are in the family room, eat all the freakin' peanuts in the bag and don't save any for anyone else, are very troublesome to take for walks, cause the neighbors always ask for free rides, and when they get stomach troubles...well, have U ever smelled elephant gas? Whew! Do yourself a favor, hon, get a goldfish.
I hope U weren't actually expecting any serious answers today.

Is there really such an animal? If you study up on the care and feeding of an animal and make sure you have proper housing for it, any animal can be a pet.

A macaw, a male monkey, a raccoon, a pirhana(which is illegal but is done), some chinchillas, they get really evil. If you don't like cleaning, a hamster, guinea pig, mice, etc. If you don't like creepy crawly things then turantula is out of the question, although those are like the most fun pets ever. Snakes, if you don't like them , I love them personally. COCKROACHES!
For now I stick with my cat, my Chia Pet, and Rocky, my pet rock. Oh and Bob Billy, my sock puppet.

i had a rabbit i really loved him but they need lots of care. he was a house rabbit they eat everything even wire and paint off walls and that can be very dangerous for them. i guess hes not the worse pet to get though. i gave him away too people that rabbit profed there home. but i guess a alligator would be a worse pet!!

A fish. It doesn't do anything. You can't pet it, play with it, get a response from it or anything. All you can do it look at it. Very boring pet if you ask me.
