when i fill this out. i cannot get into where i need to go. it seems that i have never created a user name. this is urgent.

You must have created a user name. How else did you logon?
When you go to Yahoo Mail, click on "My Account." On the right side you will see links to "edit your profile."

1st of all b specific about ur problem!!!Where do u want 2 create a username???If its in wondows go 2 Control Panel -->User Accounts --> Create New User & follow the steps.If u want a username of a website go to that site & click on register & follow the steps......Hope that helps...Good Luck!!!

go to control pannel and user accounts . click on create a user account. enter ur user name, password,etc. put ur picture and its done.
