Yes, I'm not much of a cook, so I need to stick with the recepie because if I try to deviate, I usually ruin whatever I'm cooking!

Nope, i jsut use it as a guide and add and subtract ingredients according to my liking... I reckon If i like it, other people would also. I always experiment with my cooking. Not meaning to be boastful, but my cooking has never come out bad.. people tend to panic when following the recipe word for word and the cooking turns out bad. jsut let your taste guide you. ONly thing you have to be worried about is the extent of spiciness if you are catering for others.

If it is the first time that I am making a complicated recipe I will and there are a few that just will not come out right if you don't. Usually though, heck no, I just play......it's fun to cook!!!
