mourn every year on the day the the A-bomb was dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki like we do for 9/11, or have they just gotten over it and moved on?

Yes every year there is a lantern ceremony and other commemorative ceremonies...how we move on, is remembering from the past how we have changed.

The Japanese do remember the disasters of Hiroshima & nagasaki. The term "Ground Zero" was always Hiroshima & still is.

Go to Google and type in Nagasaki or Hiroshima and tell me if the Japanese have forgotten those events.

They just remember and talk the dead people around their obits.
But it was long time ago, today not all Japanese don't. Especially young Japanese ,they don't bear in their mind.

yes, we do. also, we have commemorative ceremony on August 15 (that's when the war ended).

We don't wanna repeat same mistakes. so i think we shouldn't forget about it.

yeah they do......atomic destruction is way hurtful than 9/11 but both involves death
