You have to work yourself up to doing some work in the dungeon. Once you have adventured for a bit, work as a bouncer. The innkeeper will ask you to take a drunk shane home. Do so and then go to fighting class. Shane will teach you for free. Go back to being a bouncer and Shane will eventually ask you to go on a date. If you have enough adventuring, he will ask you to marry him. Follow his directions and you will become the warrior wife.
