How can I make the computer remember my ID?

The computer sysytems XP and NT which I use do not remeber the ID (for yahoo mail)

The computer remembers it (if you told it to) - but it wants to be sure you do, and that you are who you say you are. Otherwise, anyone who turned on your PC could access your files.

Do you delete your cookies some way? That is stored in a cookie.
