What is the best brand for women's black dress boots size 11?

I need a new pair of black dress boots. My old boots are worn down. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I feel your pain. I was in the exact same situation a couple days ago. Payless.com has a nice selection in our size. You can search by size, color and style all ot the same time. Here's what I found. Also, there's a pair that isn't on the site, that I got at the store last week- black velvetty ankle boots (all the rage this fall) with this pretty brooch like thing on the side. You may want to check out the store too, but in all honesty, I usually have better luck online. They even have a printable foot sizer thing, so you can be sure your getting the right size. (I have the link below.) and you can return the shoes if they don't fit.
