I am currently using rogaine 2x daily on my brows and at night I also apply jamaican black castor oil before using the rogaine. I start first by using an eyebrow brush to stimulate my follicles then I precisely apply the rogaine with a q-tip. I can attest to the fact that it works. I've overplucked since I was 18 and realized that they would not grow back in my 20's. I always considered rogaine but only now am trying it at 38 after having done my research and only wish I had tried it years ago. I still fill in my brow with a pencil in the am but I do the rogaine immediately after washing and moisturizing and concealer. Then I take a bath (I hate showers) and fill in brows after ensuring that the rogaine has absorbed by lightly patting with a kleenex. I also don't apply the rogaine to the entire brow, only to the areas that was sparse. It's been about 11/2 months and I can now see the natural shape of my brows which helps to fill them in instead of creating the super arch look I was obsessed with in my teens. Get it, it works!!

Don't waste your money on rogaine. Lightly fill them in with a brow pencil for a couple of weeks. If the Rogaine did work it would take longer than that anyway.

Don't worry, use the old school method to inducate/stimulate the re-growth of your eyebrows.
Simply apply virgin olive oil on your brows everyday (leave on for about 10-15mins and rinse off). This will stimulate your hair follicles and ensure that the hair grows back several folds faster.
Of course, any method will still require a bit of time. In the meantime, use an eyebrow pencil (and brush) to fill in the sparse areas.
Hope that helped!

Rogaine will just irritate the skin. Get a powder brow color with brush. Carefully fill in what's missing.

I did that one year around halloween. I was in a haunted house and had to look like a vampire and my eye brows would not take the shape that was needed for my look. I plucked them all out. I just got a good eye pencil and drew them on. It did not take long before they came back but the comments I got from my husband and my friends if I forgot to put them on were priceless.

They do usually, thats why I have to pluck my eyebrows every week... But as you seem to have itchy eyebrows there seems to be an underlying medical condition which might stop them from growing back
