Well, it is laughable, but she is a teenager, and many of them have no concept of what things are worth. Perhaps you can still use her services, but tell her she will have to start saving her money if she wants expensive items such as this. You will pay her on an as needed basis what the chore is worth to you.
I rather admire her initiative, even if she had an overblown idea of value of services rendered. :-)
