There is a product that they sell in most stores. It's called Bag Balm. I don't know how natural it is, but they originally used it to stop the dry cracking of cows' udders, and now it can be used as a cure for the cry cracked foot problem that I know a lot of people have. Try that. It comes in a green, tin box. It is usually about 10 USD. Good stuff.

A mixture of glycerin and rosewater too, if applied regularly, helps to soothe and cure cracked heels.

Take 6-8 strawberries and two tablespoons of olive (or almond) oil and one teaspoon of sea salt.

Mash the strawberries .Add the oil and salt. Make into a paste. Massage into the feet, rubbing harshly as you go along. Keep rubbing especially around the hundred areas of your feet. Leave the paste on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with warm water, then with cold water.

Another good exfoliate is to use crushed almonds instead of strawberries. Both exfoliate the tough skin of your feet and the natural juices and oils nourish your feet.

Other natural exfoliating foot scrubs can be prepared by grinding corncobs and walnut shells. These are especially good for exfoliating very toughened feet, especially the heel areas.

Orange and oil scrub:

This is an ideal cooling foot scrub. Take two oranges, one cup of oil (any vegetable oil will do), and one cup of sea salt. Mix together salt and oil. Thickly slice the oranges into rings. Dip them into this oil and salt lotion and start rubbing all over the feet. Use generously on the hardened skin areas. Keep rubbing vigorously for 10 minutes, then rinse off. This cleans your feet, cools and softens them. Rubbing the soles of the feet with lemon sliced into half can also cure calluses on the feet. Take a lemon, slice it into half, and rub it vigorously in circular motions over the toes, heels and other tough and hard areas.

Go barefoot more often, as near to 24/7 as possible. The skin will stay flexible, soft, pink, and nerve-filled instead of being dry, cracked, white, and dead.

If that's not possible, or not helping enough, you could try something as simple as almond oil, bag balm (which is old but maybe not so natural), vaseline, or colloidal oatmeal stuff such as the Aveeno brand makes.

Ok here goes the cheapest stuff that does the trick! Pure ole vaseline Really put it on faithfully everynight for all night with wearing socks to bed so you wont get it on sheets A pumice rock after its softened and file it off easy! Its like a file but it feels so good after that crust is removed Been there-did that! My feet are like a babies now for years Trust me on this one ...

Soak your feet in an oatmeal bath (not the oatmeal you eat, the bath kind). Then scrub your heels with a pumice stone in a circular motion.

The easiest way is to go get a pedicure and let someone else do it for you! LOL!

I had this same problem when I started working and I tried EVERYTHING! The only thing I found to be effective was good ol cheap vasoline. I slather it on at night and put socks on, it smoothed out my heels in about 2 days, wonderful! Try it!

As someone who suffers from the same problem, I suggest seeing a podiatrist. I did, and he gave me a cream that I put on every night. If you do it religiously and wear socks with shoes, it does help, but it's not a cure so much as a preventive measure that must be used every day.
