I think security council resolution discours is a political discourse not legalese. because in these resolutions we dont find such legal terms we find in legalese. security council resolutions, however, are drafted by men of law. moreover, many researchers consider SC resolutions as legalese. How can we resolve such a problem?

If one does not want to hear or see what is the use of trying to convince change or speak to.If one is comitted to listen and learn and give and take we may get Peace so do you or you just want to argue?
I have given up an all of that stuff because all people want is to be right at all times and cost.

Since it is representing many nation's there is no one governing law (British, US, or Chinese) that can apply. This is most likely by design...
