Well "Brain freeze" is just a sensation...which is all part of our wonderful senses, nervous system..no fatalities will result.
Thinking on yahoo is our sixth sense...now a friend said that to me the other day that is not one of my one liners. have fun

assuming you mean a brain freeze where you drink lots of an ice cold drink very quickly, no, brainfreezes cannot be fatal, they can merely give you a headache.

No, it is the cold hitting the roof of your mouth which is close to the blood vesels to your brain...it will not kill you unless you have other *major* problems in that area of your brain...
