I would think that unless specifically prohibited by the library use agreement, that uploading to the iTune would be acceptable only if it were deleted prior to the due date of the CD.

Once the allowable period of use for the CD has elapsed, so does any license (IF it exists in the first place), to use the material in any form.

I think Tom has it. As long as you deleted them when you turned the CD back in you would be legal.
