Evidently not: the age of consent in MN is 16:

I don't know why people answer these questions with what they think OUGHT to be the law rather than what it is.

Here are the laws:

Age under 13 (criminal sexual conduct in the first degree)

Second degree: one party under 13, the other more than 36 months older; or else one party under 16 the other more than 48 months older

Third degree (age 13-16; various circumsances):

Fourth degree (age 13-16; various circumstances)
http://www.revisor.leg.state.mn.us/data/revisor/statutes/2005/609/345.html

Fifth degree: nonconsensual sex; lewdness with a minor under 16:

None of these laws punish sex with a person over 16. Perhaps they should but they don't. Write to your state Reprentative with your views. Election day is less than two months away.

Make her sign a paper saying that she actually WANTS it otherwise you are old enough to go to jail for underage sex explotation.

But just in case you two still wanna go ahead....use the back hole. They never check it when they are checking if the girl is still a virgin or there was any rape or things like that. Make sure you go slow and use lots of cream. Johnson & Johnson is the best brand for that.Trust me!!!!

Yes she is too young wait two yrs or move on to someone your own age. It's called statutory rape because she is below the statutorily given age of consent.

Yes, it is, until she turns 18. Even if she concents, since she is a minor, it is statutory rape.
