Your story makes me wonder where you live and in what circumstances. You are undoubtedly gay, and seem to have had feelings for other men since pre-pubescence. Furthermore there is some evidence, if you are being truthful, that you identify with female roles.
So have you ever contemplated seeking professional help or guidance about a) your sexual preferences and b) your gender identity?
Second, try looking for the COGIATI test on the internet (this is an interactive test that inventorizes your gender identity characteristics). Another test called the SAGE test does the same thing but is less stereotypical.
These tests should be regarded as being indicative and an aid to determining your own feelings about yourself.
You could use the result as a basis of discussion with your counsellor.
Finally make sure you are not counselled by a Christian or a Freudian.

I hope that you manage to resolve your feelings and find the courage to come out, at least to your closest friends.

You poor gay dude, I hope someday people will stop careing what two consenting adults do in the privacy of their bedrooms, reguardless of sexual orientation. The bottom line is, it's nobody's business but yours and your lover's. If you don't want to "come out" no one says you have to. Everyone has secrets. Heterosexual people like odd things in the bedroom too sometimes, but it is not something they write on a t-shirt and wear to the mall. Just be yourself and be happy. Peace
