I am not sure if my sperms got into her or not we didn't have real sex.We were just playing around but we both are really scared cos she said that her stomach has become bigger and she feels that she is pregnant.

How long ago did this happen? Yes you can get pregnant without actually having intercourse. It only takes one sperm to make it to the egg. She needs to take a pregnancy test.
It sounds like you're both too young to be thinking about sex, yet alone playing with it. Symptoms include a missed menstrual period, nausea, vomiting, dizziness. Ask her parents to take her to a doctor if she has any real symptoms.
You won't feel the belly getting bigger for 5 to 6 months.

The only REAL way to tell is to get a pregnancy test. How long ago did this happen? Most girls "stomachs" don't get bigger until 4 + months. If she is pregnant make sure you ask for a paternity test to prove it's yours...

She'll be about 3 months pregnant before her stomach gets any bigger. If she's not having her period, that's the main sign.
P.S. Pregnancy tests won't usually work until she's been pregnant about 3 weeks.

The best way is to buy the pregnancy test kit which is very easy to purchase from (pharmacy, watson, etc) and also to get the result soonest

What do you consider not real sex? Did you penetrate her? If so, she could be pregnant. Ask her to take a test.
