That's a close competition!
Looking at the evidence, there's an argument for both sides. Bush leads, Blair follows, so that's one IQ point to Bush. Blair fooled the British electorate into voting for him, wheras Bush's people people rigged the elections for him. Given that American's a re supposed to be dumber than Brits, I reckon that's three points to Blair, for the election victories and one for Bush to get everyone else to do the dirty work. Bush can at least come out and say what he intends to do, even though he ignores the fact everyone says "don't, it's a crap idea", whereas Blair follows trends and waivers around doing not very much until he's backed into a corner and has to do a speech - and Bush can't manage speeches, so they both gain a point and lose a point there, so it's still 3-2 to Blair. Bush knows he's always right, in spite of all evidence to the contrary, so two points for balls, but one away for stupidity, on the contrary, Blair has already got an escape plan so he can jump before he is pushed - a point for forsight, but one away for being a bit pathetic. Which ties us at 3 each. Bush makes every oponent a "terrorist", so when he is finally shot it will rove he was right, so two points for that kind of thinking, but three away because getting yourself shot is about as stupid as you can get. Bush finishes with 2 IQ points. Blair will step down and slink away into the shaddows leaving us with Gordon Brown, or another Tory government, which has got to be a bad thing, 1 point for slithering off 2 away for the Brown/ Tory follow up. Total also two IQ points.
Penalty shoot out: smile: Blair looks like a chimp, Bush looks like he can't remember how. No winner. Two losers.

Blair, I dont know much about the guy, but, I dislike Bush with my every-being, so much, and Blair, doesn't even like Bush!! He puts on a phony-face, for him, but, he dont like him, from what I've heard... I dont think anyone likes Bush, except "Black-America!!" Because, he's a Republican!! They voted for him, because Abe Lincoln was a Republican! With all their ignorance about what he's done, they still voted for that "FOOL!!!" He dont even know how to talk, without Cheney telling him what to say, and when Cheney's not around, he just talks in "Circles" never really answering the questions... Because he's a "Fool!!!" He's the only President who has ever made it in the White House, with an PriorArrest record, he's got us to be thee MOST-HATED, country!! He killled more people on "Death-Row!!" than any other Govenor, in history!!! Read, Black-America!!!!!!! Would you vote for the next candidate, if he were a "Republican-Anti-Christ???" Wake-up!!! And get passed the whole Abe Lincoln, thing, because Honest-ABE, would be ashamed of these Republicans, today!!!!!

Bush is the most idiotic. He can't even give a public speech without looking like an idiot. Even his own staff admit that he's a horrible public speaker.
At least Blair has some eloquence.

Bush of course. How can you sit for 7 minutes in a classroom while your country is under attack?
Blair is just a puppet.

Blair definitely. He appears more confident when he speaks and always looks you in the eye. Problem is he is unable to make his own decisions and I believe was led astray by Bush.

Of two evils choose neither! Lapdog Blair is paying for his now ,theyre kicking his a ss out.
His Lebanon silence was the last straw for Britain.
The most sensible thing he has done todate is to go to Israel to get them to make peace with their neighbors, which will take some of the heat off of our as ses.

Two sides of the same coin. I fear Bush more as he has more power and seems to be insane. Blair is just his little puppet.

It astounds me how ignorant you people are. You have no idea what is going on or even what is at stake. We Americans are a wonderful people and those of you who blatantly make remarks such as yours do not deserve the liberty , freedom and opulence you enjoy. This is YOUR country man, get it together, learn how we got to this place, get down on your knees and thank God we have some leaders who in spite of the ignorant disloyalties will do what must be done to ensure the safety of ignorant ones such as you!!! May God open your eyes.

Its hard to believe that bush made it another term. His approval rating was way low before 9/11 happened. And it is again but on this day, it is a time for us to mourn.
