We have a mail server(lynux based) in our office, we send about 7000 mails daily, our IP address gets black listed quite often by one or the other spam blocking sites(like spamhaus.org, MAPS RBL, dsnbl) we are no spammers.......its genuine stuff/mails. Every time we have to go to the particular site and clear our IP address, hampering our communication,is it possible that we do adjust our settings so that it wont be blocked again....I need some permanent solution. Say if any org or site provides this kind of service, free or charged whatever.

None of our recipients have reported us as spam, maybe it's the filter in between that is blocking and listing us as spam. Actually our clients are paying us for the service we provide, hence there is no question of our mails being reported as spam by them.

go to http://www.spamcop.net and run their tests to see why you are on the RBLs.

If you are on the lists because recipients are reporting you as spammers, then you need to rethink what you are sending out via email.

If it is not from user reports, then the report will tell you how your mail system is misconfigured and offer you suggestion on how to fix it. This will give you a head start on trying to find someone to adjust your server settings for you.

You can also check out http://www.robtex.com/rbls.html to see what other RBLs have on your IP.

Either post the IP of the server in question or click on my pic to send it to me. I would be happy to look it up and offer any advice if I can.

When people report it as spam then they consider it spam, maybe you should ask everyone in your mail list to reply to you if they still want mails and remove the people that don't reply.
