I have to do a presentation at the end of the semester on these two artists. It needs to be 15 minutes in length so I wanted to show part of a video using the internet. Does anyone have any sites they could recommend where I could find one?

Well, Hokusai lived from 1760 to 1849 and Hiroshige from 1797 to 1858, so I doubt that there are any videos of them.
BUT there's a place in Kyoto called the Kyoto Handicraft Center that sells very high quality originals and reproductions of their work. Someone at the store MAY know about videos that are about these artists. Their e-mail address is:
khc@d1.dion.ne.jp

You could also try NHK, Japan's educational TV company. Their English website url is: http://www.nhk.or.jp/english/
