What does this relationship status term mean?

I was reading a guy's information on myspace, and beside "Status:" it says "swinger". What does this mean?

Swinger means he is in a stable relationship but likes both sexes and so will sleep with other men and women to get sexual gratification.....its just basically another way of saying he and his partner have an open relationship.

it meens he is up for anything that comes his way, like girl , girl,man or girl ,man,man.
